What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

In a family friendly area: with parks aswell as bars/restaurant, shops, metro and bus nearby. We do though not recommend to stay with young children in the apartement because the balcony is a potential danger for them to fall down. Our home offers all you need even for a longer stay. We made small space as practical and comfortable as possible. There is a built in closet (closed with keys) which we keep for our personal affairs. Everything else is for shared guests experience. Check-in: between two pm and ten pm and we need previous notification of your expected time of arrival. All the windows and the balcony have mosquitonet.
