Se trata de un pequeño apartamento todo interior en pleno centro de Valencia, cinco minutos caminando de la plaza del ayuntamiento. Está recien reformado con cocina, lavadora y nevera nueva. En inmueble dispone de licencia turística pero preferimos alquilar por periodos. Dispone de un pequeño patio interior de uso exclusivo del inquilino. Además, al tratarse de un bajo vivienda, el apartamento dispone de un sistema de circulación de aire que puede funcionar durante todo el día, de diez de la mañana a ocho de la noche.
