En la planta baja hay un salón y una zona para dormir y trabajar con un gran escritorio y mucho espacio de almacenamiento.
En la planta superior, una gran cocina totalmente equipada se abre a una gran terraza sombreada y arbolada. Esta casa unifamiliar le permite vivir en el corazón de este famoso barrio, pero con total autonomía. La casa está equipada con aire acondicionado (frío y calor) en cada planta, así como conexión a Internet por fibra óptica, lo que facilita el trabajo.
