Fully recently renovated. Located in a quiet street, is the first town ritght out south of Valencia.
Has an independent entrance from the building, at street level, easy access for people with reduced mobility.
The apartment has one double room and one individual room. With an open kitchen and spacious living room, plus a bathroom with a spacious shower, ideal for people with reduced mobility, including a bar on the wall inside the same shower.
Last but not least, has a courtyward on the back of the apartment, providing a nice spot to read, have dinner and allowing the natural light to get into the apartment.
It is the very first town you find when leaving Valencia, so, few minutes by car to the city center. Biking or public transport are also option to reach the city center of Valencia.
What is even better, it is the distance to the beach, just ten minutes to the beach by car or fifteen biking.
An ideal place for those who are looking to stay nearby the city, without being in the middle of it and close to the beach, with excellent connections by road.
The town where is located, Sedaví, has all necessary services: supermarkets (two minutes from the apartment), pharmacies, and a large mall just five minutes from the house, including cinema or gyms.
