This stunning 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom 70 m² apartment is for rent on Carrer del General Llorens in Benicalap. With a bright, modern decor as well as modern appliances including an oven and washing machine, this apartment has everything you need to move in and get settled.

There are several restaurants and bars around this apartment, as well as a pharmacy, and a supermarket only a 10-minute walk away. The Parc de Benicalap is a 15-minute walk away, and here you will find the Piscina Benicalap water park which is a great place to visit on a hot day.

What we liked the most

  • There is a large wardrobe in each bedroom, so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
  • The large living room, which opens on to the kitchen, is a great space to relax.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom is spacious, with a shower over bath, toilet, sink and some storage.
  • The large Nuevo Centro shopping mall is only a 20-minute walk away.
  • Cable tv is included in price of rent.
