El piso casi ático, de 70m2, está situado en la calle Lanzarote, Valencia. Tiene un balcón a la calle. Tiene 2 habitaciones con camas de 1.80m y 1.35m respectivamente. Y 3 sofás-cama en el salón. Tiene aíre acondicionado f/c, individual en toda la casa. Es un primero sin ascensor.  Es una finca muy tranquila, solo somos 2 vecinos. Y arriba hay una terraza comunitaria, que se puede usar sin hacer fiestas, y está el cuarto de lavadoras. Está al lado del Mercadona de la avenida malvarrosa. Está a 5 minutos andando a la playa. Y a 15 minutos andando a la universidad de Valencia y Politécnico de Valencia. Está muy bien situado, al lado de la avenida malvarrosa, donde están las paradas de autobuses, farmacias, tiendas, bares, restaurantes, más supermercados, farmacias, parques, etc.  En la finca vive mi vecina , en la planta baja y yo en el primer piso. En el segundo piso, arriba, está la terraza comunitaria..
