Vivienda adosada en urbanización familiar y tranquila, a escasos 100 metros de una playa muy bonita. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades: lavavajillas, lavadora, micro-ondas, horno, vitrocerámica, termo eléctricos y aire acondicionado frío/calor. La casa consta de dos pisos. En planta baja dispone de salón y comedor unidos, y de cocina office abierta al comedor, dándole una amplitud y luminosidad muy agradable, que además tiene una chimenea-casette. Consta también de aseo en planta baja, así como acceso a dos terrazas individuales, ambas con mobiliario para estar cómodos. Una de ellas tiene una barbacoa de obra. En el primer consta de baño completo así como de 3 habitaciones, dos de ellas simples y la otra de matrimonio, que da acceso al balcón desde el que se puede observar un poco el mar. En este piso, cada habitación cuenta con una estufa eléctrica individual. La urbanización incluye cerca de 40 viviendas, siendo una zona muy tranquiila y familiar. Tiene piscina comunitaria. No hay plaza de garaje asignada, sin embargo no hay problema de aparcamiento a 20 metros de la vivienda. Parada de EMT a escasos 100 metros. Tienda de alimentación a 200m. Viviendo en general muy agradable para vivir en una zona privilegiada.
