Dispone de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, y se ubica en el casco histórico de Carcaixent, donde se respira el auténtico ritmo de la vida local y la calma de un pueblo con mucha historia. Ocupa toda la planta baja de una antigua finca señorial y cuenta con aire acondicionado y calefacción individual en las estancias principales, buena conexión Wi-Fi y electrodomésticos nuevos, incluidos lavadora/secadora y lavavajillas. Al fondo, una zona cubierta con paellero ofrece un espacio agradable para cocinar o disfrutar de comidas al aire libre. No se admiten mascotas. Fumar solo está permitido en el exterior. No se permiten fiestas ni despedidas; se ruega respetar el descanso a partir de las 22h. Carcaixent,  cuna de la naranja valenciana, inició a finales del s.XVIII la producción que le dio fama mundial. El entorno invita a recorrer la Ruta de la Naranja, visitar el Huerto Ribera, antiguo jardín agrícola convertido en espacio cultura, o explorar a píe o en bici el paraje natural de La Murta. También merecen una visita el Castillo de Xàtiva y las bodegas de Moixent. A solo 25 minutos en coche se encuentran las playas de Tavernes de la Valldigna, Cullera o Sueca.
