This modern 2-bedroom apartment on Avenida campanar, in Campanar has stylish furnishings and is equipped with heating and A/C. The 79 m² property has a lovely living area with an exposed brick wall, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a spacious terrace.

The apartment is located in Campanar, a predominantly residential but very central neighbourhood in Valencia. The lovely Parc de Capcelera is just a short stroll form the apartment, as are shops, restaurants, and bars.

What we liked the most

  • Campanar is a tranquil neighbourhood within easy reach of the river.
  • The apartment is stylishly furnished, and in excellent condition.
  • The kitchen is well equipped and has modern appliances.
  • There is a seperate laundry room.
  • The interior patio is a highlight, and makes a nice spot for an afternoon drink.

Things to keep in mind

  • The second bedroom is interior facing, but gets plenty of natural light.
