El apartamento está en una finca con piso por planta, muy tranquilo y con mucha luz, y junto a unas calles muy cercanas, de ambiente de restaurantes y cine. La ubicación es excelente, a diez minutos caminando al centro de la ciudad, al rio gran zona verde que recorre la ciudad y gran conexión de autobuses y metro para poder ir a cualquier parte de Valencia. Hay un parquing de pago que se puede negociar mensualmente o semanalmente sin permanencia. Es una excelente elección. Piso totalmente reformado
