El piso dispone de tres habitaciones (habitación con cama de matrimonio y dos habitaciones con camas pequeñas —una de ellas con escritorio y silla—), baño con bañera cerca de la habitación principal y baño con ducha en el pasillo. Por otro lado, cuenta con cocina equipada y salón-comedor.
La cocina incluye lavadora, microondas, horno, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas y vitrocerámica. Hay aire acondicionado en la habitación principal y en el salón, y calefacción en todas las habitaciones.
Los suministros están incluidos hasta cien euros al mes (agua, luz y gas). Es una cantidad considerable siempre que se haga un uso responsable.
El barrio es agradable y bien comunicado (tanto a nivel de servicios como de transporte público). Puede caminar hasta el centro de la ciudad en poco tiempo, si prefiere moverse a pie.
