Metro eight mins walk from the house: direct to Russafa in twelve mins, Estación del Norte in fifteen mins. - Heating and air conditioning in all rooms - High-speed Wi-Fi - Fireplace - Huge chef's kitchen with all amenities, including air fryer, coffee makers, dishwasher, etc. - Three large bedrooms, each sleeping up to three people. All have huge built-in wardrobes. - All sheets and towels provided - Washing machine and dryer - Dining table seating nine people, plus a high chair. - Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub - Washer/dryer - Open-plan kitchen/living/dining room - Fully equipped kitchen: oil-free fryer, stove with seven burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, etc. - Desks in two bedrooms - Smart TV - Free parking on the street in front of the main door (there is always space)
