The apartment boasts an excellent location, just 7 minutes from beautiful La Malva-rosa beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. Both the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the University of Valencia are within walking distance, making this apartment ideal for students who enjoy the beach and being outdoors.

What we liked the most
