A traditional house in Valencia's fishing district, El Cabanyal, built in the thirties of last century, preserving typical features such as tiles, floors, woodwork, and a patio. This is our house, which we rent out while we spend the summer away from the city. It's not your typical tourist rental. The property is a single-story home with a patio and terrace. It's conveniently located near public transport stops, supermarkets, and a twenty-hour pharmacy. The Cabanyal Market is a ten-minute walk away, and the port is a ten-minute bus ride. The beach is one kilometer away. The neighbourhood is quite unique and has its own distinctive cuisine. We'd be happy to give you some tips on where to eat or explore the area.
