Big modernised village house with garden, balconies and situated in a quiet village near nature, X hour car drive from Valencia.
The house has X main bedrooms, X have bed couche type beds, which are comfortable. Master bedroom has big king size bed. The house has a big working space which can be used for yoga, excercise, work or just to chill out (room other). This working space, master bedroom and living room contain split unit airco's, which can heat up the rooms. In the living room there is a fireplace for wood. The village has supermarkets, butchers, bakeries and several cafe's , restaurants. People who like nature, and authentic surroundings like to come here. There is high speed internet in all rooms, and you can watch movies on a beamer and TV. separate bathrooms per floor. The surroundings are quiet, except for the cosey church bell sounds, and spanish people walking in the village. The village contains a medical centre and ambulance support. Many hiking trails in the area. Xativa is the bigger city, X mins drive from the village. Ideally you have a car, which can be parked anywhere, unless you want to retreat more in the village and house. I am looking for responsible persons who will take good care of my house while I am travel.
