Your dream beachside apartment is for rent on Calle Bloque Portuarios. This apartment is both vintage and modern - it’s hard to come by something so unique. When you enter the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the dining area. Both regal and practical, the dining room is beautifully decorated and has plenty of storage thanks to a large chest and a convenient bureau. Flowing into the kitchen and the living area, this apartment is very open. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and spacious. There is a lovely counter-top where you can both prep food and eat. You’ll also find a washing machine, a fridge, an oven, and plenty of cabinets for storage. In the living space, there are two modern sofas and beautiful views of the beach and the Mediterranean. The unique design of the apartment carries over into the bathroom. With a toilet, sink, and a beautiful, modern shower, this is one of the nicest spaces in the entire apartment. You’ll also find plenty of storage for toiletries and towels. The bedroom has a large double bed, a few chairs, and a large built-in closet.

We’ve all dreamed about living near the beach, but this dream can become a reality if you decide to live here near the Playa del Cabanyal. Besides being able to enjoy the ocean breeze on a daily basis, this neighborhood is convenient and exciting. Restaurants and cafés are all around the apartment. Enjoy a nice slice of pizza at Pizza All Tall or have a nice glass of red wine and some delicious food at Botiga Bar La Maceta. Supermarkets nearby include Mercadona and Valenciana de Supermercados.

What we liked the most

  • We loved the location - who doesn't want to live near the beach!?

  • The bathroom is both modern and convenient.
  • The windows look out to the sea!

Things to keep in mind

  • The elevator has functioning issues on certain occasions due to the doors not being able to close right or a technical issue. This is always solved within days.
  • Elevator temporarily out of service (getting fixed soon)
