This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment has a private balcony that looks out onto the street. The living room has a sitting bench, coffee table, TV, and set of drawers. The fully equipped kitchen has a table that seats two, an oven, stove, and microwave. There is one shared bathroom that has a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and storage under the sink.

This apartment is north of the center, just a 15 minute walk from a lush, green promenade. Right next to that walkway is a large shopping center, which includes a Mercadona supermarket. You'll also be next to the urgent care Centro Sanitario Campanar. You can find a gym and a pool within walking distance.

Since our Home Checker visited the property, the floor plan has been updated. Bedroom 3 is not available and can not be used.

What we liked the most

  • The living room has a balcony!
  • The apartment is well-connected to public transport – there are metro and bus lines nearby.
  • You can find small shops and bigger name stores in the neighborhood and shopping center.
  • The living room is open and spacious.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building doesn't have an elevator, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
