This is a gorgeous 1-bedroom, 3rd floor apartment on Avenida Músico Maestro Rodrigo. It has a some amazing perks like a pool and a sauna, and the property itself is spacious and comfortable. There is a storage room in the garage (about 8m2) and the parking is big enough for a car and a motorcycle!
This is the perfect home for a couple looking for a home in a laid-back neighbourhood. Somewhere that doesn't get too hot - thanks to the AC. And somewhere where they won't have to leave the building for a cigarette. Plus, the property is located near the green zones Nuevo cauce del río Turia and Polífilo Garden. It is also close to Feria de muestras de Valencia.

- Watching your favourite series from the comfort of your bed - way better than the sofa.
- Imagining you actually live in a castle - those brick arches are so atmospheric.
