All the furniture is new and the areas of the house are spacious, clean and bright.
Plus you will be right in the center of the city, so you can walk anywhere. A few meters from the Quarte Towers, Central Market, Town Hall and Turia River. If you like the beach, with public transport or by bicycle you are close.

It will be hard not to. This is not your plain old apartment. It has some funky design features and heaps of personality. The spacious living area opens out onto a cute balcony. Stylish living inside and out.
Really? Tell me more...
You will love the unique design of this flat. Chandelier in the entrance hall? Why not. The red and black cabinetry in the kitchen will inspire some creative cooking. And check out the funky tiles in the ensuite bathroom. Very summery.
We think this apartment is ideal for young professionals that are after something a little bit different. A special place to call home, for a unique individual. Are you the one?
