We think this is a great apartment for those who want to live right in the heart of the city. Ciutat Vella is Valencia's old town and is full of historical landmarks.

This is a lovely 3rd-floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Pare Jofré in Valencia. It feels bright and welcoming and has the bonus of AC and a washing machine.
For anyone looking to live in a central neighbourhood that is nevertheless peaceful and relaxed, this property is a great choice.
What we liked the most
- Pretending you're actually sleeping in an ancient castle - that exposed brick adds heaps of character.
- Escaping the hectic old town into Extramurs - peace and quiet is underrated.
- Doing laundry with newfound ease - a washing machine is such a bonus.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. Workout!
