L'Olivereta is perfect for those wanting to escape the bustle of the big city. It's quiet with multiple city parks, plenty of shops and some good local restaurants. Need to commute into work? No worries, the Metro is just down the street.

We think it’s ideal for professionals or even a small family. Space to spread out and a small 3rd bedroom for overnight guests. Sweet.

Your top 3 reasons to rent here:

  • Parque del Oeste is just down the street. Grab your bathing suit, it has an olympic size pool.
  • The ample storage space.
  • The comfortable decor. The area rugs and throw pillows give this place a homey vibe.

But you need to know this...

  • This apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Chance to work off extra calories walking up and down the stairs?
  • You will have a call with the landlady before the booking is confirmed.

What we liked the most

  • Going for a jog in Parque del Oeste – nature makes us happy. Fact.
  • Adding your personal touches to the living room decor – the large entertainment centre would look great with some family photos.
  • Relaxing in your spacious home – it offers a dining room table and comfy chairs in the living room. Sweet.

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
