This is a 5th floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Juan del Encina in Valencia. It’s trendy and open. There is a washer, AC, and dressing room. The vibe is calm.
It’s ideal for a young family. Swim at the pool in Benicalap Park. Picnic near the duck pond in Marxalenes Park. Supermarkets and amenities are close by.
