This is a 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Serpis in Valencia. You have a trendy decor with a cool kitchen and ensuite bathroom with a washer/dryer. The vibe is calm.
It’s ideal for university workers. Walk to several faculties within 10 minutes. You’re a 30-minute walk from the beach and from downtown. Meet friends at hip cars and cafés nearby.
