We'd be amazed if you didn't. Honestly. It's a beautiful 2-storey, 3-bedroom home with stunning interiors, beautiful furnishings and an amazing location. It's by the sea!

You will love this living room. It's a comfortable, open-plan space that maps perfectly on to the kitchen. So, the layout and furnishings (there's plenty of seating space) make it optimal for hosting.

We think that you'll make great memories living here. The apartment itself is lovely and great for hosting, but the surrounding area is also vibrant and full of things to do. It's safe to say that you'll never be bored living here.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • The location is amazing, and it's right by the beach.
  • This place is summer ready with A/C and a balcony.

But you need to know this...

  • There is no elevator in the building, so your calves will be made of steel.

  • Bedroom 1 does not have a window.

This is a 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment Carrer Del Mediterrani, Valencia. It's a stylish apartment complete with all the essentials and more. Boasting features such as a balcony, A/C and a modern kitchen, you will really want to show this place off.

It is perfect for families and big groups of friends. This place is just too good to keep all to yourself. The great public transport and convenient location also mean that everything is commutable or within reach which is ideal for busy workers or parents.

What we liked the most

  • Strolling down to the coast to top up your tan in the summer.
  • Sitting on the balcony and pumping up the A/C on hot days.
  • Hosting friends and socialising in the lovely open-plan living-kitchen space.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no window in bedroom 1.
