You have to check out this view from the bedrooms' balcony. Talk about seeing the world from the sky. There is something oddly satisfying about rooftop views. Now you can have them everyday.
We think that you'll be easily satisfied living here. You have all the daily amenities within walking distance after all. A gym, restaurants, bars, a park... do what us to continue?

This is a 8th floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Avinguda del Port, Valencia. It's a newly renovated property with a lovely view and great simple interiors.
It is perfect for city newcomers. The property is well connected with the rest of the city and in a vibrant location. So, you can see the city at your own pace, and if you don't leave the area often, it's no big deal.
What we liked the most
- Sipping on that morning coffee whilst admiring those rooftop views.
- Cuddling up on the sofa and watching a movie.
- Strolling through Parc Gulliver on an evening.
