What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

This comfortable, newly renovated studio is just a ten minute walk from the beach. Conveniently located to supermarkets, stores and restaurants, all within three hundred meters. Public transportation right around the corner, with multiple bus stops, the Serrería-Marítim metro station within easy walking distance and a large Valenbisi bike park, just two minutes away. Easy walk or bike ride to UPV, University of Valencia, EDEM, Berklee, European University, etc. Bed and bath linen not provided, for sanitary reasons.

It is perfect for professionals. The location makes commuting easy, and weekend errands easier. The time you spend out of the office, can now be quality time out of the office.
