Good question. Step into the sleek and stylish living room with an open plan kitchen. You’ll find huge glass doors here that lead onto the patio with seating and open to the sky.

You get to live just a few minutes away from Valencia’s Malvarrosa beach. What more could you want? You've also got an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and washing machine.

We think this place would suit some beach-loving friends or a couple that love extra space. The apartment is also great for families! It is very safe, ground floor with no stairs inside or outside (pushchairs) and outside space is safe and can be seen from inside (for example if children are outside).

  • Everything here is newly installed. What a treat.
  • We love that there’s an integrated A/C throughout the apartment that does both heat and cool.

This is a ground floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer Antonio Ponz, Valencia. You get an equipped kitchen complete with oven, washing machine, and dishwasher.

It is perfect for heading down to the beach on a whim and living an ultra-stylistic lifestyle. Or take a breather on your private patio.
