Cinco minutos andando a la playa. Lleno de restaurantes, bares y comercios que dan vida a la zona y multitud de planes de ocio. Bien comunicada en bus, metro o bici. Nice independent house. Very quiet, with double glazing, air conditioning / heating and all the appliances you may need. Five minute walk to the beach. Full of restaurants, bars and shops. Well connected by bus, metro or bike. The fashionable neighborhood of Valencia.
