This 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located on Carrer Berenguer Montoliu in the Poblats Maritims neighborhood of Valencia. This flat situated 8 minutes walking from the beach and the Polytechnic University of Valencia; there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a beautiful and modern living room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Our favorite aspect of the flat was the living room: furnished with a big couch and a large flat-screen TV, the space is perfect for relaxing after a long day at class or beach! With the metro station, the beach, and the university within walking distance, these property will be ideal for anyone wanting a modern home in a convenient location. The property measures 60 m2 in total area.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located just seconds away from Valencia beach - what a perfect location!
  • Valencia can get very hot in the summer, but don't you worry - this apartment features air-conditioning in some rooms, to keep you cool at all times.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and comes equipped with a dishwasher.
  • The living room is very modern and comes with a sleek L-shaped sofa and a big flat-screen TV.
  • The whole apartment is renovated and features parquet flooring throughout.
  • The modern bathroom has a bathtub for tenants to take a relaxing bath.
  • All rooms receive ample sunlight from its big windows.

Things to keep in mind

  • Please note that the building doesn't have a functioning elevator. As this apartment is located on the third floor, it may not be suitable for those unable to walk the stairs every day.
