This modern 70 m² apartment in Valencia's beachside Cabanyal area is for rent. The whole property has obviously been recently renovated, and has contemporary decor throughout. There is a living room / entrance hall, and a convenient kitchen.

3 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes from the Universitat Politècnica de València, this apartment would be ideal for beach-loving students. What better than a long day studying than relaxing by the sea?

What we liked the most

  • The decor is new, modern and stylish.
  • Bedroom 2 has a balcony.
  • Living just 3 minutes from the beach? Priceless!
  • The university area is just a 10-minute walk away.
  • There is a supermarket 30 metres away.
