Este apartamento se encuentra en una tercera altura, en una finca de construcción reciente en el barrio de Patraix. El barrio es agradable, con comercios de todo tipo y buena comunicación en transporte público. Otra ventaja de su ubicación es la cercanía al centro de Valencia a pie.
El alojamiento dispone de tres habitaciones (habitación con cama de matrimonio, y dos habitaciones con camas individuales- una de ellas con escritorio y silla-), baño con bañera cerca de la habitación principal, y baño con ducha en el pasillo.
Por otro lado, cuenta con cocina equipada y salón. La cocina incluye lavadora, microondas, horno, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas y vitrocerámica. Hay AACC en la habitación principal y en el salón, y calefacción en todas las habitaciones. Los suministros están incluidos hasta una cantidad límite,y el internet es de fibra y gratuito.
Es importante remarcar que existe la opción de alquilar plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio (tarifa extra a consultar), y que en el caso de querer realizar el check-in fuera del horario laboral/fines de semana o festivos tendrá un coste extra (siempre que sea posible).
