Bright and modern apartment recently renovated with large balcony, in one of the best streets of the Cabañal neighborhood, with beautiful views and palm trees, five minutes from the main beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa. Wit many trendy restaurants and coffee places. There is a supermarket just opposite the building. Ideally for couples, families and professionals working remotely. The flat is only a few minutes walk from the metro stop Mediterrani and a few minutes from the metro Marina Reial Joan Carles (ten minutes travel time to the old town). It has a large and bright living room with dining room in front of one of the best streets of the Cabañal with palm trees and beautiful views. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast table. In addition, automatic coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer for citrus fruits.
