Estupendo piso para estudiantes o jovenes trabajadores en pleno barrio de bebimaclet, con tres habitaciones, 2 muy grandes y 1 de ellas de tamaño medio. tiene una cama grande y dos individuales, cocina y salón independiente, baño con plato de ducha. es interior pero dan todas las ventanas a patios de luces luminosos. el precio incluye gastos de comunidad incluidos. luz, gas y agua se paga una vez llegan las facturas. interesados pueden verlo antes de la salida de los actuales estudiantes, se van el día 1 de marzo. habría que pagar un mes de fianza, que se devuelve al finalizar la estancia, previa lectura de contadores, devolución de llaves y estando todo como se entregó. no aceptamos animales. por favor abstenerse inmobiliarias, trato directo con propietario.

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
