vivienda actualizada y con todas comunidades. armario empotrado, ventanales climalit con mosquiteras. a 500 metros del cauce del rio donde se pueden realizar todo tipo de actividades deportivas. Paseos en bici, caminando etc. a 50 metros del corte ingles. Super mercando ( Mercadona ) a 3 minutos. parada de Bus y metro a menos de 1 minuto. a 15 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. Barrio muy tranquilo. Estancia nada ruidosa.
