This newly renovated big apartment has a lot of natural light. Early risers will enjoy seeing the sunrise from the balcony with views of the park and the sound of the chirping birds. The place is fully equipped, welcoming, spacious, bright and beautiful. It has two full bathrooms.
It has efficient windows that block heat in summer and cold in winter, and blocks outdoor noise. It also has mosquiteras, AC, ceiling fans and new mattresses . The Museum of Art & Science, Turia Park, the Saler Mall, the lively Rusafa neighborhood and the city center are walking distance. There is also a new metro station and several buses in the area.
