Con balcón, cuatro dormitorios, cocina, sala Zona desprolija por proximidad con viviendas sociales, pero segura, con posibilidad de estacionar el coche en forma gratuita en la calle. El precio publicado es para una persona, cada persona extra paga euros trescientos por mes. Las mascotas están permitidas y pagan un fee extra de euros cincuenta por única vez cada una. Con TV antena, microondas, cocina de gas con horno, lavarropas, lavavajillas, colchones ortopédicos, sábanas, toallas, edredones, cacerolas, etc. Espaciamiento gratuito en la calle. Muy cerca de la playa y de la universidad de Valencia.
