Apartment in excellent location 10 minutes walk from the beach and 7 minutes from the Arts and Sciences. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, market. Very well connected with metro and bus and free parking area.

Beautiful cozy apartment, It is distributed in a room with a double bed of 150 cm with a box spring. Ceiling fan and heating. Living room with convertible sofa Chaise-longe, Smart TV with WiFi. ceiling fan and heating.

American kitchen, with bar counter with 3 stools, living room with double sofa bed of 130 cm and air conditioner.
