What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

In my apartment you can study or work, but feel as in vacation, as the beach is so close. :-) The apartment is located on the north-east side of the city. It's close to faculties, but also to the beach. There are shops and a Mercadona supermarket nearby. It's very well connected with the airport, city center, City of Science and Arts, beach (metro/tram and bus stations very close). It has WIFI, two desks and a big table in the living room, very good for students and remote work. It has a climatization system for cooling and heating. It's suitable for up to three persons or a family with up to two children (three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a balcony and a patio). It's on the first floor, so not many stairs to climb :-)
