Es un apartamento muy solicitado por nómadas digitales, ya que estas en la ciudad y a la vez a un minuto andando de la playa. Tienes la Universidad de Politécnica a diez minutos andando y la Universidad de Valencia de los Naranjos a tan sólo quince minutos andando.

Spotahome's opinion

Comfortable three bedroom apartment with one bathroom, with a total floor area of 70 sqm. This exterior flat is modern and spacious, nicely decorated using cream colours and wooden furniture, creating a relaxed and comforting vibe. It is located on Carrer de Mendizabal, very close to gorgeous Malvarrosa beach and the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. This apartment is great for families or groups of friends travelling to Valencia together and looking for a comfortable apartment very close to the city centre.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a gas stove, an oven and a fridge/freezer. There is a wooden table you can use for food preparation, several storage cabinets and a separate shelving unit where you can store your food items.
  • The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a sink with a mirror above. There is also a large storage cabinet for your toiletries or towels.
  • Bedroom 3 has a nice balcony overlooking the street.
  • There is a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine and you can also use to store other cleaning equipment.
  • All rooms have their own electric heater, so you won't be cold during the winter.

Things to keep in mind

  • This building doesn't have an elevator, and the apartment is located on the third floor.
