Situado en una zona tranquila cerca del Barrio de Ruzafa (a cinco minutos del mercado de Ruzafa, a diez minutos e la Plaza del Ayuntamiento y a quince minutos de los Jardines del Turia, el gran pulmón de Valencia). La zona dispone de todos los servicios (mercado, supermercado, farmacias, tiendas...) y está muy bien comunicada con transporte público (bus, metro y tranvía). Edificio con ascensor.
