El piso está equipado y listo para entrar: Habitación: Cama de matrimonio de 1,35 m, armario empotrado, dos mesitas, un sillón, consola con espejo y mesa supletoria. Baño: Está a estrenar, totalmente nuevo. Cocina: Dispone de nevera pequeña y cocina eléctrica de dos fuegos. Ubicación: A solo 5 minutos andando de la playa y con vistas al puerto. Busco a una persona sola o una pareja responsable (máximo 2 personas) que busque un sitio tranquilo. Se requerirá solvencia demostrable. Por higiene y convivencia, no se permite fumar ni tener animales.
