This charming studio apartment on Calle Pelayo, in Extramurs, is fully furnished and opens out onto a balcony with lovely street views. The 50 m² apartment comes equipped with a double bed, television, washing machine, and offers a kitchen with all the essentials to cook.

The apartment boasts an excellent central location, just 5 minutes from Plaza del Ayuntamiento, València Nord train station, and the Metro. This lively area has plenty to explore, including markets, restaurants, theatres and bars.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a cosy rustic-chic decor, creating a warm and welcoming ambience.
  • The exposed brick walls and wooden beams in the ceiling add to the overall charm.
  • There is a small desk where you can study or work.
  • There are large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
