Hola, te ofrezco una bonita habitación de uso exclusivo para ti en una casa, en la que también vivimos mi mujer, mi hijo de siete años y yo. El piso es grande, y junto a tu habitación tendrás tu cuarto de baño, exclusivo para ti. También podrás hacer uso del salón y la cocina. Para no pasar frío en invierno disponemos de calefacción central y para el verano tenemos aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Vivirás en una de las mejores zonas de Valencia, muy cerca de la playa, del jardín del Turia y de las Universidades. Tienes muy cerca autobuses, metro y tranvía. Sólo alquilamos a estudiantes.
