El piso es grande, y junto a tu habitación tendrás tu cuarto de baño, exclusivo para ti. También podrás hacer uso del salón y la cocina. Para no pasar frío en invierno disponemos de calefacción central y para el verano tenemos aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Vivirás en una de las mejores zonas de Valencia, muy cerca de la playa, del jardín del Turia y de las Universidades. Tienes muy cerca autobuses, metro y tranvía. Sólo alquilamos a estudiantes. The home is spacious, and next to your room, you will have your own private bathroom. You will also have access to the living room and kitchen. We have central heating to keep you warm in winter and air conditioning throughout the house for the summer. You will be living in one of Valencia's best areas, very close to the beach, the Turia Gardens, and the universities. Buses, the metro, and the tram are all nearby. We rent only to students.
