The apartment is located on Carrer del Dr. Sumsi, L’Eixample. This is a great neighborhood for students and is know for its vibrant atmosphere and its excellent restaurants. The area is also well connected to the rest of the city by public transport.

Room description

Bedroom 3 has a single bed and opens out onto a balcony. This room offers a little extra space, as well as a huge standalone wardrobe, desk, and heating unit. The balcony leads to a spacious terrace that has a shed, which can be used as extra storage space.

What we liked the most

  • There are heating and central air-conditioning units throughout the apartment.
  • The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is well furnished and spacious.
  • There are 3 standing balconies that open out from the living room, which let in plenty of natural light.
  • The modern kitchen features a concealed fridge-freezer, lots of cabinet space, a gas stove top, and a microwave.
  • Bed linen and a cleaning service is included in the rental price.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the small side. However, there is plenty of space to stretch out in the living and dining area.
