Apartamento muy luminoso y acogedor que te hará sentir como en tu propia casa. En un barrio tranquilo y de gente trabajadora. Las zonas comunes están recién reformadas, por lo que disfrutaras de cocina y baño totalmente equipadas y nuevas. La habitaciones se entregan con ropa de cama, sabanas, colcha y una toalla grande de baño y otra pequeña.
En una ubicación perfecta junto a transporte público ubicado en la misma puerta del edificio y todo tipo de servicios como supermercados, bares etc. A tan sólo cinco minutos del centro de la ciudad en autobús rodeado de zonas verdes y muy cercano a la ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias.
