Rooms are available to rent in a 5-bedroom apartment in Valencia's vibrant Russafa neighbourhood. The property is decorated in a contemporary style and has a large kitchen with dining area, a hallway with a sofa, and 5 bedrooms, some of which have balconies.
Russafa is fast becoming Valencia's most desirable neighbourhood. It is very central, full of bars, restaurants and shops, and has great nightlife. The apartment is footsteps from Mercat de Russafa and is within walking distance of Estació del Nord and the rest of the city centre.

- We love the colourful tiled floors and modern decor.
- Some of the rooms have a balcony.
- The location is unbeatable—in the heart of Russafa, Valencia's coolest district.
- Mercat de Russafa is just around the corner—a great place to buy fresh produce.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no real living room.
- There is no heating, but Valencia doesn't get cold in winter.
- The terrace mentioned toward the end of the video tour is more of an inside patio.
