The kitchen is large and has everything tenants might need, including a large sink, a washing machine, lots of storage space, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a table with chairs, and a big fridge. There is a small room off of the kitchen where tenants can put their clothes to dry. The bathrooms are both modern and practical, and they are clean and bright. All the rooms for rent are spacious and well-lit.
Extramurs is a tranquil, residential part of Valencia. Well-connected by public transportation, Extramurs is located very close to Valencia's most central, popular neighbourhood, the Ciutat Vella.
