This fantastic 5-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent in the central district of L'Eixample. The apartment has been newly renovated to a high standard, and each room is spacious, with double beds, desks, sofas, and plenty of storage space. There are 2 bathrooms to share between 4 of the rooms, whilst the 5th has an en-suite. The bathrooms are all brand new, with spacious open showers, and brand new fittings. There is a large kitchen with plenty of storage, an oven, and a stove, as well as access to a small balcony with lines to dry your clothes.

You will be living in a central district of the city, surrounded by thousands of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. You will never lack for a place to go for a bite to eat, or to buy some last-minute groceries. Valencia's Estació del Nord is a few minutes' walk away, and there are several metro stations nearby, along with lots of bus routes. In the area you can also find the Plaza de Toros, several museums, and the IMAX, near the Jardines del Túria.

What we liked the most

  • The whole apartment is brand new, but still cosy and home-like.
  • You will have 3 bathrooms between 5 bedrooms, making the mornings much easier.
  • Nearby there are multitudes of shops, bars, and restaurants, meaning you'll never be without a place to grab a bite to eat or a drink with friends.
  • There are lots of attractions within a short walk, including the cultural centre near Jardines del Túria.
