This 140 m², 6-bedroom house has rooms for rent with very simple yet modern decor. All the bedrooms come with a double bed and an individual key, providing you with extra comfort and privacy. There are 2 full bathrooms to share and 1 bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen share a rectangular space, with the dining table in the middle, making it a great place to relax with your roommates or entertain guests. With large windows in every room, white walls, and the light-colored wood flooring, the apartment is very bright and fresh.
The apartment is located in the neighborhood of El Plà del Real. This is a great option for students, only 20 minutes away from both the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and the Universidad de Valencia. The apartment is on a quiet street, but in minutes you reach Avenida d'Aragó filled with shops, restaurants, and even a cinema. You also have a metro stop just 5 minutes away.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious, modern, and receives a lot of sunlight.
- Bedroom 2 comes with its own private balcony with outdoor seating, so you can sit and have your morning coffee.
- Bedroom 6 has its own private en-suite bathroom, so you won't have to worry about sharing.
- The living room has very modern furniture and a large flat-screen TV – the perfect set-up for a movie night.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has a double sink and there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
- All the bathrooms are fully renovated.
- The location is amazing, close to both universities and with a metro stop just 5 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- Some of the rooms may not come with a heating unit, but portable ones are easy to find.
- This property was verified in 2016 and the pictures may not reflect the reality in its entirety. We are currently working on scheduling a new verification so that the information is up to date
