Rooms are available to rent in a 3-bedroom apartment in Quatre Carreres. The property is modern, with contemporary decor and gorgeous wooden floors. There is a bright living / dining room with a comfy sofa and access to a balcony, which overlooks a colourful street. You will have plenty of space to cook and eat in the large kitchen, which also has a utility room.

You will be living in a central yet quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the desirable Ruzafa neighbourhood, a great nightlife spot with lots of trendy bars. The area is well served by buses, and has plenty of supermarkets and other amenities.

Room description

Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom (the second bed can be stored under the other bed). It also has AC and a TV.

What we liked the most

  • We love the elegant decor and sturdy wood floors.
  • There is a balcony which overlooks the colourful street below.
  • The kitchen is very large and also has a utility room.
  • You will be living very close to the fantastic Russafa neighbourhood, one of the most fashionable places in Valencia.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no heating.
  • There is a school playground opposite, which may be noisy at lunch when the kids are at school.
